Pear Tart

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • parchment paper
  • 2 thinly sliced pears
  • 2 tsp Pomegranate White Balsamic Vinegar
  • sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Flatten 1 sheet puff pastry with parchment paper on a baking tray.
  3. Lay 2 thinly sliced pears on pastry leaving a 1 inch border.
  4. Bast pears with 2 tsp Pomegranate White Balsamic and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake 12 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
